Mark is a veteran of the Detroit bar scene for over 25 years now. Known as a high energy drummer w/ dynamics and harmony/lead vocal capabilities. Mark has become a major asset to any band he has played with. He started off in the 80's at a very young age playing in ill fated hard rock/metal original bands. After tiring of the original scene he collaborated to form Sgt Rock in 1989 and the band went on a 14 year run to 2003. Mark filled in and played with a couple forgetful bands until forming Sgt Rock 2 or SR2 as they became known. SR2 was female fronted and lasted almost 2 years. In late 2005 he sat in with Cruizin Jupiter with Don fronting. It was a natural fit as there former singer was leaving the band. The rest is history as he has now been with CJ for since early 2006. Mark plays DW drums, zildian and sabian cymbals, Vater sticks, mostly evans heads and several different brands of hardware. His major influences are The Beatles, KISS, Enuff Znuff, King's X and Sweet.
